We stopped for lunch because we don't like food chains and want to support "local" as much as possible. Old School Burgers was great and just a couple short turns off the interstate. The meat was excellent and parm fries were soooo good. Just a warning. The large fry serving is large enough for a small family. One serving is enough for two people (and we like to eat). We will be back anytime we are traveling through Staunton, VA.
Their burger was good quality and their parm/garlic fries were delicious. Definitely would recommend this food truck, especially for such a decent price.
Simple menu, 1/3 lb. - 2 lb. burgers available, ready in 10 minutes, sweet potato waffle fries --- "Those just came out of the ground.". Will not disappoint!!
Fantastic burgers! I am a burger guy, and these guys have got it going on. It’s a little unconventional, but the food was fantastic and the vibe was laid back. This is worth taking a tiny detour off via 81. Save room and plan your stop! You won’t regret it
Probably one of the BEST burgers I have EVER had in my life! Absolutely fantastic! The staff is friendly and attentive. My burger was ready in no time. I got the Mushroom and Swiss and it was absolutely phenomenal!! I highly recommend this place if you are in the area!
I'm hooked on this bus!! Their hamburgers have a taste and texture that can't be duplicated. The sweet potato fries are to die for. I've purchased burgers here numerous times, and the preparation as well as the taste has been 100% consistent. It's a little pricey for a road side burger, but in my opinion, worth every penny.
Awesome place. The burgers are amazing and pricing is way better than 5 guys for same amount plus curly fries. Close to 81. Safe with at least one law enforcement worker there waiting for food lol.
My son brought me here while visiting him at school. He'd been there three times before so I had to try it and I'm so glad I did! Very friendly service. So many burgers to choose from. I ended up getting the mushroom swiss burger and it was pretty damn good. The portion of fries was very generous. Prices are more reasonable. Plenty of parking. They're right next to a market and coffee shop if you want to browse while you wait. There are a few tables at the building next to them if you want to sit down and eat.
